Job Description:

  • Lead complex initiatives with Salesforce CRM
  • Design, develop, test, and implement applications and system components
  • Resolve coding, testing, and escalated platform issues
  • Ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met
  • Mentor less experienced software engineers
  • Collaborate with all levels of professionals, including managers
  • Partner with production support and platform engineering teams
  • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware tools
  • Hands-on experience with Build and Release tools (Jenkins, Sonarqube, Artifactory, Checkmarx, Blackduck, UDeploy)

  • Looking for a lead SF developer
  • 7-10 years of experience
  • Extensive complex integrations experience
  • Apex coding and SOQL proficiency
  • Agile experience required
  • Responsible for internal CRM in CIB Banking (Securities)
  • Expertise in ETL and middleware
  • Lead role in a scrum team
  • Assigning stories and shifting work among developers
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiarity with build and release tools (Artifactory, Jenkins, uDeploy, threadfix)


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience as a lead engineer directing work to other engineers
  • Experience with complex data integration projects
  • Interaction with senior product owners and Line of Business Leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
