Lead SDET

Job Description

• Hands on SDET lead who can oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
• Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs

Qualifications -

• 10+ years of IT Quality Engineering/SDET roles and development experience in a fast-paced, time-to market driven environment preferred.
• Extensive experience in software development and testing
• Highly Proficient in Java and Selenium used for automation.
• Well versed in automation with Cucumber Framework and the Gherkin language
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development, automated test script creation and modification required, in a Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment build and test cycle.
• In-depth understanding of Java, Selenium, JSON and XML
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
