Lead Software Engineer - Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Core Developer to join the Wealth Team at our top financial client. The focus of the overall team is on the enablement and execution for significant initiatives driven out of the Information Security and Access Management group. Successful candidate will work closely with the Information Security and Access Management team along with business lines and technology leadership across the enterprise in the execution of the WF strategies/objectives.
The initial focus of this position will be to transition applications to PCF/.Net Core. Additionally, this position will mentor engineers that are new to .Net Core.

Lead Software Engineer - Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver process consistency across Wells Fargo Technology supporting three main focus areas (Information Security, Access Management, Automation and Reporting).
• Works with a variety complex applications and/or application initiatives.
• Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
• Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible factors.
• Assist with the build for sustaining processes for Triage Support within the team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within a variety of teams throughout the organization.

Lead Software Engineer - Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience(.Net Core)
• 7+ years of UI design experience with MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework, Razor Pages, and/or Blazor Views
• 7+ years of experience with Entity Framework
• 7 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following Enterprise Pipeline Tools: uDeploy (Urbancode Deploy), GITHub, Jenkins, Fortify, Blackduck
• Prior experience working within the Wells Fargo Enterprise Pipeline/Pivotal Cloud Foundry environments
• 5+ years of experience developing RESTful web services using .net Core
• 5+ years of SQL Server experience
• Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
• 5+ years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI or Angular JS)
• 5+ years of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
• Experience mentoring/training team members on .net Core development techniques for PCF
• Advanced troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
• Test driven development experience a plus
