Lead Software Engineer

Must Must have:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent applied experience). 
Strong hands-on Development experience (this role requires 75% hands on development)
Experience as a lead software engineer: 5-7 years 
Background in Web development, Architecture mapping, Database migration preferred.
Leadership experience and ability to direct team workflows.
