Lead Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate strategic architecture vision.
Lead the design and architecture of complex software solutions.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Provide guidance on Java, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and Looker.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
Establish governance processes for compliance.
Requirements:
15+ years of experience in software architecture.
Expertise in Java, SQL, Snowflake, SAP systems, and Looker.
Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Agile methodology experience.
Preferred:
Healthcare industry experience.
Exceptional documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and distributed teams.
Education:
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
