MUST have IBM DataPower; APIC - Will be App support- NOT development -25% code changes -75% troubleshooting/analysis MUST have IBM IIB & DataPower; APIC - Will be App support- NOT development -25% code changes -75% troubleshooting/analysis Essential Functions: • Lead and direct day-to-day activities of 365x24x7 Operations team, including specialists from L2 and L3 Application Support • Lead team efforts to provide analysis and support for application issues. • Responsible for meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) for all incidents • Lead and guide Application Support team with various technology background – IBM IIB, Data Power, APIC and WebSphere related issues. • Responsible for meeting uptime requirements for all applications • Mentor and train to perform troubleshooting and solve application related problems. • Oversee the identification of application root-cause problems and resolutions.
