Lead UI/UX Designer

Your Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Product Design: Lead the design process for our products, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually compelling designs.
Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with our product vision and business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables across all product initiatives, providing constructive feedback and implementing best practices.
User Research: Partner with the research team to conduct user research and usability testing, using insights to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design, and drive continuous improvement within the design team.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
Resource Management: Manage design resources effectively, balancing workload and priorities to optimize team performance and meet project deadlines.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design concepts, project updates, and milestones effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the design process.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field
4+ years of experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably leading a design team.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and user interface design.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Passion for design and a desire to inspire and motivate others.
