Job Description
As a Workday lead, you’d be responsible for Phase X (single module) deployments in Workday Benefits and Payroll as well as deliver Workday projects in the space of additional country roll outs, M&A.
Serve as an SME to provide recommendations / best practices within benefit and payroll area
Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
Conduct Bi-Annual release testing, prepare test plan, scenarios etc. for any enhancement release or M&A/Phase X projects.
Able to guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management.
Key Skills
Workday Support/Implementation experience of at least two projects.
Hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM, benefit and payroll
Well versed with Workday methodology and able to work independently.
Open to exploring & creating self-learning opportunities.
Excellent Communication Skills
Workday certification is an added advantage but not must.
