Description

Specific Responsibilities •             Participates in projects that include strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing •             Provide consulting services to global organizations in HCM best practices and help clients to migrate to Workforce Software solutions as stand-alone and as part of multi-module implementations •             Facilitate design workshops with the client •             Deliver SME application expertise and prepare / review application management deliverables (e.g., incident status updates, continuous improvement recommendations, enhancement estimates, technical configurations, process change and testing scenario recommendations) •             Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements •             Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between HR Systems •             Clearly document system configuration and business processes •             Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going support •             Keep abreast of new and relevant releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s) •             Build and maintain relationships with key IT counterparts and business stakeholders •             Occasional travel as needed to support client projects or for internal meetings
