Job Description
As a Leading Talent Acquisition Partner in your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop innovative and engaging candidate sourcing strategies to recruit the best talent in Ukraine and Poland
- Be a leader for the recruitment team and provide mentorship, guidance, and support
- Build and manage the full-cycle recruitment process using modern hiring methods and tools
- Advise and partner closely with hiring managers and teams to influence the role profile’s match and help find the best candidates for the team and Wix
- Be a bar raiser while conducting HR interviews and negotiating offers
- Work closely with the global talent acquisition team to improve recruitment process efficiency and KPIs
- Create a unique and memorable candidate experience
- Own your data and use it to build your strategy
- Be an ambassador for our culture and mission inside and outside of the company
Qualifications:
- A senior talent acquisition professional and leader with 5+ years experience
- You know how to lead in-house recruitment efforts for a global growing company and you love what you do
- You’re a creative and out-of-the-box thinker when it comes to building smooth and efficient hiring processes
- You’re confident and vocal about your decisions in hiring matters and use data to back up your arguments
- You’re all about relationships and get that this is where it all happens
- You’re business-oriented, interested in the world of technology, and local talent market knowledge
- You’re independent, have a sense of urgency, and own what you do
- You have strong interpersonal skills and fluent English
