Position Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Measure impact: Identify and develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our learning classes and programs

Project Management: Support and manage complex projects and programs with multiple components, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Ability to execute project tasks and coordinate activities within the work-stream of a project

Tool utilization: Utilize tools such as, learning management systems, survey software (Qualtrics) applications to support program scheduling and analysis

Dashboard creation and maintenance: Create and maintain dashboards for leadership updates, ensuring data is accurately represented and tells a compelling story

Presentation development: Build engaging PowerPoint decks to communicate findings and updates to leadership teams

Internal Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support

Communication: Draft clear and concise communications for internal employees to ensure effective information dissemination
