Key Responsibilities:
Schedule: Training for 4 weeks, M-F 8 AM-5 PM EST, Shits after training---Tuesday-Saturday, 3 PM to 12 AM EST
Clearance: Must be able to apply for Government Clearance
Support the Court Order Compliance team in a high-volume environment
Data entry of legal documents into workflow system
Handle high-volume calls and distribute voicemail messages
Communicate with law enforcement during life-threatening situations, verify caller identity, and provide necessary customer records
Accurately document and manage cases in compliance with laws and company procedures
Ensure data accuracy by following policies and procedures, and correct errors as needed
Use independent judgment and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills: Data Entry, Customer Service, Legal Exposure.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Typing and transcription proficiency
Strong confidentiality and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Punctuality is key for this role and will be of utmost importance.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good computer and technical skills
Customer service experience
Legal background or college education is a plus.
