About the Role:
We are seeking a Level 2 Dynamics 365 CE Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll resolve escalated issues, optimize system functionality, and contribute to a seamless user experience for Dynamics 365 CE.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for Dynamics 365 CE, resolving issues within SLAs.
Troubleshoot system performance, data inconsistencies, and configuration errors.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend enhancements.
Assist with system configurations, workflows, and business process flows.
Train and mentor Level 1 support staff, sharing technical expertise.

Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE support experience.
Strong understanding of CE modules, system configurations, and workflows.
Experience with Power Automate, CRM data management, and basic Power BI.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
