They are replacing between 7-800 store servers

Current environment has a physical Dell piece of hardware that controls their store servers

Running SQL queries to compare the 2 databases to make sure they're identical

Retail would help

Nutanix Server Experience a Plus But Not Required

Onsite, Remote, or Hybrid? Would prefer for candidates to be local to come onsite in Brentwood, but if candidates cannot be found locally, they would consider remote resources.

 

• These candidates will be working evening hours. They will start once the stores they are working on close (all stores close at 9:00pm local time) and end no later than when the stores open the next day (stores open at 8:00am local time. The manager does not expect that they will work all the way to 8am, but in case)
  
   

Must Haves

1-2 years minimum of SQL experience

1-2 years minimum of Linux experience

Great communication skills

Nutanix server experience

Day To Day

This project will consist of the Linux/Virtualization Engineers to swap out the stores servers. The Fusion stores will be receiving 2 new servers, and the Tractor Vision Project will work with installing single node instances in 500 TSC stores. The working hours will start at 9:00pm local time, and will want to make sure things are wrapped up before the store opens at 8:00am local time.
