Linux System Administrator

Responsibilities:

· Managing Red Hat Linux Infrastructure

· Installation/Configuration/Maintenance

· OS Patching and Vulnerability assessment (End to End).

· Advanced Troubleshooting

· Performance Tuning

· Capacity Management

· Preventive/Proactive Support

· Incident/Change/Problem Management

· Provide system administration support and guidance to Application and DB Teams

· Need to support Virtial and Physiacal machine environments.

· VM Provisioning/Configuration/Resizing/Maintenance

· Should be able to create shell scripts based on requirements.

· Professional understanding of networking related to RHEL

· Professional understanding of SAN Storage related to RHEL

· Hands-On experience supporting Infrastructure agents (NetBackup, BMC Patrol etc.)

· Preferred Tech and Professional Experience:
