Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Administrator proficient in both Linux and Windows environments to join our dynamic team.
• As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance, reliability, and security.
• Experienced as a System Administration on Linux Platforms – 8+ years
• Experienced in Storage technologies – NAS, Fiber Channel and IP SAN – 5+ yrs
• Experienced in IP Networking – 5+ years

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux and Windows servers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Implement and maintain storage solutions including NAS, Fiber Channel, and IP SAN.
• Configure and manage IP networking components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with other teams to design and implement new infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in system administration on Linux platforms.
• 5+ years of experience with storage technologies including NAS, Fiber Channel, and IP SAN.
• 5+ years of experience in IP networking.
• Proficiency in both Linux and Windows server environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
