Loan IQ Tech Analyst

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Loan IQ Technical Analyst to serve as a liaison between our technical development team and business/operational partners. The candidate will manage the functional design process for the Loan IQ application and participate in all lifecycle activities of the project.

Key Responsibilities
 

Act as the intermediary between the technical staff and business operations, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and functionalities

Take ownership of the functional design process, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are aligned with development capabilities

Engage in all project lifecycle activities, including requirement gathering, system design, testing, and deployment

Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to outline design requirements and understand business objectives

Initiate and participate in system testing to guarantee the functionality meets the specified requirements

Provide input to the release management team to ensure smooth transitions from test to production environments

Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Loan IQ data model and apply this knowledge practically

Employ excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities to address challenges effectively

Develop and optimize complex SQL queries to support data analysis and system functionality

Understand and utilize the Loan IQ API set for system enhancements and integrations

Qualifications: 
Demonstrable technical knowledge of the Loan IQ platform, with hands-on experience in functional design and system implementation

Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently

Proven SQL expertise, with the capability to craft and troubleshoot complex SQL statements

Familiarity with the Loan IQ API set and its practical applications

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively

Experience in participating in full project lifecycles, from inception through to implementation and support

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining focus and adherence to deadlines

A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
