Adobe Campaign Developer
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience with building end-to-end email/SMS campaigns in the Adobe Campaign Classic environment. More years’ experience is preferable.
- -Prior hands-on experience with operational campaign management programs that involve data integration with digital channels
- -Demonstrated experience managing multi-faceted, complex CRM programs both internally and with external partners/suppliers
- -Experience operationalizing email marketing, direct mail, data entry, telemarketing (inbound and outbound) and digital marketing programs
- -Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Marketing or related field
- -Experience with Javascript, SQL, XML, JSON and HTML highly preferred but not required.
- -Pharmaceutical experience not essential but highly preferred
- -Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals
- -Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- -Ability to influence and manage internal and external stakeholders
- -Excellent communicator and presentation skills
- -Develop and take ownership of the framework, goals, validation and efficacy of Omni-channel Marketing/CRM campaigns for both patients and HCPs.
- -Work closely with Brand teams to clearly understand brand goals and objectives
- -Collaborate jointly with the Center of Excellence Marketing and Data Operations teams to maximize user experience, quality maintenance, and adherence to business rules
- -Optimize MCM/NPP/patient support programs and leverage best practices
- -Advise the Center of Excellence on creation of the BRD and campaign development and enable campaign analytics by interfacing with internal teams
- -Create appropriate QA and UAT tests for campaigns
- -Responsible for communication, configuration and resolution of campaign issues and activities
- Advise regarding data, business use cases, and test plans
- -Ensure project delivery timelines, documentation, planning, and reporting
- -Regularly communicate status and continued alignment with stakeholders
- -Pharmaceutical experience preferred but not essential
