Job Description: Localization Project Manager

Location: SF Bay Area - South/East Bay (3 days work from office)

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of experience in QA and localization roles
Proficiency in JIRA, Selenium, JavaScript, Python, and scripting automation tasks
Experience running multiple localization projects
Participation in scrum meetings and ability to execute tasks while being accountable to larger teams
Ability to plan sprints and prepare documentation for leadership teams
Experience working in a lead capacity without a formal reporting structure
Experience with automation preferred

Responsibilities

Manage multiple localization projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
Participate in and facilitate scrum meetings, ensuring that tasks are executed efficiently and effectively
Take accountability for project deliverables within larger teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Plan sprints and prepare necessary documentation for leadership teams to provide visibility into project progress and outcomes
Serve as a lead within the localization team, providing guidance and support to team members without a formal reporting structure
Utilize tools such as JIRA, Selenium, JavaScript, and Python to automate localization tasks and improve efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of localization projects and alignment with overall business objectives
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in localization and QA to drive continuous improvement in processes and outcomes.
