Essential Job Functions
Preparation of Statutory reports to STPI & EPC (Monthly/ Quarterly & Annual reports)

Co-ordination with STPI/ EPC & Customs on need basis

Soft-ex Documentation and approvals

Inventory receiving/ Tagging/ Serial number Verification wrt Barcode/ Issue of Goods to User

Inventory receipting and data entry updations in Systems tools and trackers

Logistics expenses cost coding in Logistics Data-base

PO requisitions & spend control for logistics service providers

Co-ordination & arranging Duty & Tax payments from Internal Finance team

STPI & EPC Compliance Documentations & Certifications (Import/ Export/ Re-export & Debonding)

Import shipment Invoice verification and approvals

Co-ordination with Shipper/ Freight Forwarder/ CHA - Both location offices
