Cybersecurity Support Engineer SIEM

We are looking for a talented and passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our team in India-Pune. In this role, you will play a vital role in providing our customers with the best possible technical support.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and technical support to SIEM customers Nationwide.

Work with a team of experienced engineers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Gather evidence and elevate issues to the appropriate teams in support of ongoing incidents. Contribute to the knowledge base when newly discovered issues occur.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customers receive the support they need.

Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.

Manage escalations as part of a customer assurance program.

Work with your manager to achieve technical training and personal development goals.

Required Skills

Good understanding of SIEM (Security information and event management)

Experience in application support, server support, network support, or a similar skill set.

Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.

A solid grasp of Microsoft SQL or similar database technology.

Good understanding of networking technologies such as firewalls, switches, and routers.

Familiarity with remote support technologies and help desk software.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.( English)
