Technical Skills:
Experience in managing Microsoft Defender for O365 and Microsoft Exchange Advanced Threat Protection (ATP)
Experience with complex e-mail filtering rules, Mail routing/management, SMTP connectors, Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Experience in incident response, vulnerability management, and endpoint security assessments using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Strong troubleshooting skills in various versions of Exchange Online/ Exchange 2016/2019
Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive
Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Intune for the mobile devices (Android/Mac/iOS/Windows)
Strong skills in service outage management and end user support experience
Sound knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID, Azure AD Connect & Single Sign On
Understand Networking and Windows OS concepts and PowerShell scripting
Process Skills:

Certifications Pref :-
MD-102: Endpoint Administrator
MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals -AZ-900 , Microsoft 365 Fundamentals - MS-900 & SC-900.
Qualification:
At least 10+ years of work experience in supporting O365 & Email Security.
At least 6+ years of work experience in supporting MS Teams and MS Onedrive & Intune.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
