Description

  • Managing Microsoft 365 & collaboration Infrastructure - Exchange Online, MS Team, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, & other Office 365 services.
  • Implementing security features and working with engineering teams for designing, testing, and implementing enhancements.
  • Support integration with security & compliance solutions.
  • Managing M365 licenses, costs with regular reporting.
  • Defining and setting up appropriate Governance of the environment, to ensure data security, compliance, and retention.
  • Experience and understanding of Identity Management, Application Integration, and Hybrid deployment features available with Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE
  • Knowledge and exposure to advanced functions of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance like MIP, Microsoft Defender, Mail flow rules management, Managing DNS records, Exchange online protection, SPAM & security control features.
  • Handling escalations and managing major incidents effectively and helping with Root Cause Analysis of issues.
  • Identifying & implementing continuous improvement & automation opportunities by analysing the environment, tickets and issues reported in the environment.
  • Mentor junior resources to be able to handle and resolve incidents
  • Maintaining design & configuration documentation and keeping them up to date.
  • Ensure exceptional client and customer experience in all interactions

 

  • Provide support on Microsoft 365, including Mail flow, Spam Control/Filtering, Security and compliance aspects like Auditing, Retention, Data Loss Prevention, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and other services.
  • Co-ordinate with other teams appropriately to ensure speedy resolution of issues
  • Update the knowledge base and documentation of issues and solutions
  • Manage and Support Office 365 Mailboxes and Access
