M365 (Email messaging, Collaboration tools)
- Surface and analyse customer business requirements.
- Design, construct, configure, and maintain all faces of an Office 365 Tenant
- Plan and Execute an end-to-end implementation of the target workloads
- Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies
- Managing of email gateways (IronPort, ProofPoint, EOP)
- Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DAG, Patch management, mail flow, message tracking
- Proactively responding to internal and external technical communities
- Document the architecture and participate along with architects to define the DR, failovers etc
- Ability to identify, scope, and refer opportunities for additional sales for Planet provided services and offerings
- Good analytical thinking and understanding impact of incidents/problems
- Participate in presales calls and activities
- Proactively help customers make more complex decisions around features and capabilities
- Help internal sales team provide solutions to customers requirements
- Ability to implement related technologies and understand their dependencies in complex enterprise environments
- Ability to proactively collaborate across internal, customer, and key partner teams
- Ability to lead and provide strategic vision to large technical teams on complex projects
- Good hands on experience in implementation/rollout and administration of O365 platform
- Good hands on exp on Exchange online and Exchange on prem, installation, configuration and up-gradation in standalone and hybrid mode including protection of data & mailflow
- Good hands on exp on Exchange migration on prem to online, tenant to tenant, using the native or third-party migration tools
- Good hands on exp on installation, configuration of Skype for Business/MS Teams, up-gradation in standalone and hybrid mode
- License Management - Accountable to manage/support custom automated E1 and E3 processes, manually assign/revoke licenses, Add/remove users to/from appropriate groups as directly by SW asset management, manage capacity, manually revoke licenses from terminated users to meet capacity requirements
- Reporting - Accountable to make sure reporting is available to all appropriate stakeholders on a daily and ad hoc basis. (Licensing, usage, storage, availability reports)
- Secure Score - Responsible to work with the teams (security, CTO, email, Azure,etc.) ensuring a great score is achieved in O365 for the company.
- Service Management - Accountable to make sure tickets are processed in a timely manner.
- New Release/Change Manager - Being consulted by CTO concerning new releases. Responsible to follow up with Microsoft on product roadmaps. Accountable to raise request to block new functions in case of.
- Service Availability - Responsible to monitor the health and service availability throughout all O365 related products. Responsible to work with Microsoft on service availability concerns.
