Mac Administrator

Job Description

 

• Experience of working with Mac management in the enterprise using JAMF.
• Manage the administration of device management through the JAMF
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technical aspects of the JAMF Pro for best practices related to installation process and issue resolution.
• Evaluate and apply any necessary operating system security patches, hotfixes, service packs and hardware updates.
• Assist in change management and compatibility testing of configuration changes on new and existing versions of iOS and OS X.
• Provide support for OS X Virtualization solutions, including design, configure, install, maintain, and deploy system images
• Administer software package delivery and deployment
• Create custom reports
• Evaluate current IT policies, procedures and practices and recommends changes
• Provide training to support team on the use of JAMF
