" Should be a good experience in Mainframe and COBOL, CICS.

" Experience using tools like JIRA or confluence.

" Minimum 3+ years of Business Analysis & requirement gathering experience.

" Ability to liaise between lines of business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders and collaborating with your team.

" Experience in Agile Methodologies and knowledge

Technical background and an understanding of the liquidity and payments technology domain would be preferred.
