Must-Have :-


1.Strong Mainframe experience
2.Strong Production Support
3.Must have strong skills and exposure in JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM and JCL.
4.Good exposure and experience in CICS and Mainframe infrastructure.
5.Experience in OPC scheduler and Batch support is must.

Job Description:

1. Should be flexible to work with business, project team, Scrums team, PMO's and Technical stake holder until the project is delivered/Deployed.
2. Should analyze the issues raised by business, identify root-cause, and provide findings to Dev team for issue fixes
3. Should be able to drive calls with business in case of major issues and communicate to all stakeholders on the ongoing issues.
4. Ability to use complex analytical effectively, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques
5. Monitoring alerts and acting on time.
6. Communication & coordination with various stakeholders
