  • Technical Skills – Expert level experience in COBOL/CICS/DB2/VSAM/ Easytrieve programming
  • Preferred Skills – Experience in Assembler programming
  • Preferred Skills – Experience in Payroll / Tax / Retirement systems
  • For Europe, regional language Skills are mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relations with team members and clients
