JD • Candidate should have experience with production application support. 5-8 years of level two IBM Mainframe support experience. • Strong Technical Troubleshooting skill on : Job output • Knowledge of SARP, SARRR, IOF • Error Message and Error Codes validation Job Trac • Valid Return codes for Job Steps and overall, Job • Validate for standalone Jobs or those on Schedule • Iterative vs Scheduled Job • Triggered Jobs • Job Codes issues and escalation to fix • Must possess knowledge of Linux, Windows, and AWS-deployed infrastructure and applications. • Well versed in incident and  change management process • Familiarity with application monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace • Basic database skills, including SQL and Oracle • Must possess multi-application experience, particularly in the banking industry or with financial institutions.
