Job Description:

Experience Desired: 5+ Years.

Qualification:

• Good understanding of zOS storage concepts.
• Have strong knowledge of CA-1 and RMM products.
• Should have worked on CA-1 to RMM or RMM to CA-1 migration.
• Work independently in a complex environment.
• Work with multiple teams for day to day activities

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards
• Work with multiple teams for day-to-day activities
• Work independently in a sophisticated environment
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop scalable solutions
• Provide authority mentorship on z/OS administration, ensuring high availability and performance
• Lead MF Storage (IBM) configurations, optimizing storage solutions for efficiency and reliability
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies
• Look out for new technologies and trends in infrastructure architecture
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions on standard processes in infrastructure management
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly
• Be responsible for the evaluation and selection of infrastructure technologies, tools, and processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve system performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of work experience.
• Required skills: zOS Storage, CA-1, and RMM
• Good understanding of zOS storage concepts
• Solid understanding of CA-1 and RMM products
• Have experience working on CA-1 to RMM or RMM to CA-1 migration
