Job Description:

Mainframe System Administrators with competencies in zOS, HSM Storage, CICS, and MQ to adequately support the customer.

Provide admin support for the z/OS operating system.

Perform system configuration, maintenance, and optimization.

Collaborate with Bank mainframe administrators and support teams.

Perform routine health checks and performance monitoring on the Mainframe.

Provide support for mainframe disaster recovery planning and execution.

Participate in regular DR tests and exercises.

Provide support and administer mainframe storage resources.

Support and Manage HSM and storage pools.

Support data availability and backup strategies.

Support and administer Mainframe CICS regions.

Monitor CICS performance and troubleshoot issues.

Collaborate with application teams for CICS-related requirements.

Support and administer IBM MQ on the mainframe.

Support and maintain MQ queues and channels.

Ensure message delivery and queue management.

Support MQ-related incidents and Mainframe applications using MQ.

Provide support for in-scope incidents that occur during India work hours.

Collaborate with Client CICS administrators and support teams.

Perform DR Test, Capacity Monitoring, Process Documentation, and update time to time bases
