The Testing Lead must have:

• Ability to coordinate testing efforts with system leads, Subject Matter Experts, and the DCS and CCS IT team;
• Create and document comprehensive test scenarios while understanding system impacts to all relational systems and programs;
• Conduct testing scenarios within various systems, review and track results, and assist in remediation;
• Experience with Child Support systems;
• Experience with Child Care systems;
• Maintain knowledge about various business areas supported including their processes, dynamics, and touch points with other business areas
