Ability to coordinate testing efforts with system leads, Subject Matter Experts, and the DCS and CCS IT team;

Create and document comprehensive test scenarios while understanding system impacts to all relational systems and programs;

Conduct testing scenarios within various systems, review and track results, and assist in remediation;

Experience with Child Support systems;

Experience with Child Care systems;

Maintain knowledge about various business areas supported including their processes, dynamics, and touch points with other business areas;
