Mainframe z/OS Operations Engineer

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Mainframe z/ OS Operations Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in JCL, DB2, IMS, storage, and system monitoring. This role involves ensuring the stability and performance of z/OS systems, managing resources, and handling on-call support with severity-based incident management. Experience with z/OS Connect, CA-7, BMC products, OMEGAMON, and Tableau is required. AR process knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 operational support, monitoring, and tuning for mainframe z/OS systems.
Manage JCL, job scheduling, DB2, IMS, and storage.
Utilize z/OS Connect for system integration.
Participate in on-call rotation, addressing issues based on severity.
Implement automation and collaborate on the system
Qualifications:
8+ years in mainframe z/OS operations.
Proficient in JCL, DB2, IMS, storage, z/OS Connect, CA-7, BMC products, OMEGAMON, and Tableau.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Accounts Receivable and payment experience is advantageous
