Responsibilities

Ensure that your personal assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved for all categories of product, solutions and services. 
Accountable for promoting and selling of all assigned Company's product, solutions and services
Ensure systematics coverage of assigned accounts with sales activities recorded in the CRM sales processes and generate sufficient sales pipeline to sustain optimum sales results consistently. 
Ensure that all sales processes are in compliance with the Company's ISO SOP and appropriately captured in the CRM system. 
Responsible for the timely collection, submission and proper documentation of sales processes to and from clients and other departments. 
Ensure that information in the CRM system is maintained and updated periodically so as to reflect accurate and real-time business information for sales review, analysis, and action plan.
Represent the Company as a customer account manager in delivering productive business consultancy information and professional guidance. 
Build, maintain & nurture good relationship/ rapport with clients with emphasis on the practice of customer centric values. 
Assist in the promotion of sales during the Company's exhibition, trade shows, seminars, and other related marketing and strategic functional events. 
Assist and support Management/ Superior in vetting prospective clients' financial standing and credit-worthiness. 
Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and to be responsible for timely collection of debts from clients. 
Ensure to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness through adequate internal communications, coordination and collaboration with all departments. 
Comply with and uphold the Company's Anti-Corruption and Bribery policies through the practice of work integrity. 
Adhere to all relevant local as well as international business laws, regulations, and other mandatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma education level from any field
Possessing least 3- 5 years of B2B experience
Have experience in selling outsourcing services will be advantageous!
Able to speak, write and read English fluently
Good in conducting presentation, opportunity to engage with C-level clients
Able to work in the fast-paced environment, eager to do sales and business development.
