Role: Manager - Operations Excellence

Location: Nashik

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement projects which lead to bottom line savings, top line impact, benefit to the stakeholders or project sponsors, compliance or regulatory adherence.
  • Identify process improvement needs with department leads, facilitate sessions and support execution of newly established improvements.
  • Once improvements are done, validate outcome benefits and support creation of new standards and qualification of members into new working processes.
  • Benchmark externally, ensuring where relevant that best practice and new tools are deployed in collaboration with internal partners.
  • To drive business improvement using value stream mapping & other lean tools.
  • Involve in large transformation & implementation projects.
  • Audits a wide variety of identified and approved initiatives and projects designed to improve process efficiency, quality and value. 
  • Implements appropriate methods for conducting studies in cost, quality, productivity, flows, value stream mapping and root cause analysis and shares the methods with all relevant process owners 
  • Oversees/conducts studies in cost, quality, productivity, flows, value stream mapping and root cause analysis all along the production chain in order of priority.
