About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

  • Minimmum10 years Procurement experience, including a minimum of 1 year Contract Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of high motivation and self-initiative through goals achievement
  • Organizational awareness, strategic planning, team-oriented, collaborative
  • Key competencies -- strategic planning and teamwork
  • Excellent business case and negotiation, and supplier management skills
  • Knowledge of Procurement principles
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of NetSuite, Coupa, Ecovadis, SAP, or Oracle a plus

It would be great if you also had … 

  • Minimmum1 year Sustainability and CSR management experience, and 3 years of either Sourcing or Procurement Operations Management; previous FAR or DFAR experience desired.
  • Excellent business acumen, strategic, leadership, and change management skills with proven experience.
  • Proven experience in change management involving system implementations and process redesign.
  • Strong communication skills, including demonstrated ability to interact with senior management and influence outcomes across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively articulate an issue or point of view to a varied audience both verbally and in writing.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Support global P2P process improvements and further automation and digitalization efforts to achieve global business objectives
  • Change management thought leader in advancing process improvement activities and leveraging change management best practices and methodologies (impact assessments, communications plans, training material, training sessions, organizational readiness analysis, coaching, and resistance management)
  • Actively lead and support the implementation of new enhanced processes and potential integrations, managing change effectively to ensure that new ways of working are documented and embedded successfully
  • Design and implement Coupa and P2P training programs for Sourcing, business users, and suppliers 
  • Global ownership of the end-to-end P2P processes and Coupa technology
  • Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve problems
  • Support leadership in building and deploying marketing collateral (talk decks, brochures, newsletters, and more) to support the organization’s change efforts
  • Oversee and account for internal communications (department, key stakeholders, broader firm) and content as well as external (suppliers, external facing web pages) with a focus on clear, concise, and consistent messaging across all channels
  • Act as SME, process and system lead, and expert in Coupa and other tools
  • Perform analysis of metrics to proactively recommend improvements
  • Create and lead project teams or directly address specific issues, working with stakeholders, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and sustainability to reach resolutions
  • Act as liaison between the stakeholder and the supplier to determine if an optimal approach to meeting validated business requirement.
  • Provide continuous feedback to stakeholders and management regarding the status of projects and initiative.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and engage them to actively participate in ongoing efforts
