  • 15+ years of experience in IT working in SAP ERP
  • 5+ years of experience in managing the SAP environment as a SAP Lead\Manager
  • Strong IT Supply Chain Experience (SAP MM and PP)
  • 8-10 years of experience working as a SME\functional consultant in SAP MM or SAP PP
  • Experience managing SAP technical and functional teams in a complex SAP environment
  • Experience in Warehouse management solutions - SAP or others.
  • Functional knowldge in the SAP modules: FICO, SD, QM, PS
  • Experience managing Governance Risk & Compliance tools like SAP GRC or others
  • Experience in coordinating unit and integration testing on SAP Development and Quality Assurance
  • Experience in recommending SAP solutions to align, enable business processes and requirements
  • Experience in managing compliance for SAP solutions with SAP best practices, standards, and governance tools.
  • Experience in planning, executing SAP projects, including scope, budget, timeline, resources, and deliverables. S4H knowledge will be a value add.
  • Experience in managing SAP operations, including incident resolution, problem management, change management, and service level agreements.
  • Experience in Managing SAP End User licenses compliance, SAP costs and budgets
  • Proven experience in change management, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in driving Digitalization & Automation in supply chain function in the umbrella of Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing and using tools like MES, IIOT platforms, etc.
  • SAP Certifications for MM, PP, SAP S4Hana, SAP EWM or WMS, Project Sytems will be a value add
