Key Responsibilities:**

 

1. **W2 and C2C Recruitment Leadership:** Lead and mentor a team of recruiters specializing in W2 and C2C placements, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds recruitment targets within these staffing models.

 

2. **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their W2 and C2C staffing needs, and ensuring timely delivery of suitable candidates in alignment with these models.

 

3. **Recruitment Strategy:** Develop and implement staffing strategies specific to W2 and C2C staffing, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for these different employment structures.

 

4. **Candidate Management:** Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding, ensuring compliance with both W2 and C2C regulations.
