Responsibilities:
- Support the company's distribution initiatives and build relationships with key PMS /AIF and other large ticket investment product distributors pan India
- Increase market share & visibility amongst selected key distributors and manage new distributor empanelment
- Investor acquisition of INR 50 Lakhs – INR 5 Cr and above
- You will be responsible to plan & implement the distribution strategy through existing & new distribution relationships for that region
- Ensure delivery of various MIS reports as per requirements
- Joint calls with distributor RM in a competitive market and assist them in documentation
- Channelize key market intelligence to the products & Investment team
- Liaise with investment team for investment ideas, distributor's visits, concalls, etc
- Liaise with Operations & Customer Service team to provide seamless experience to customers
- Ensure investor onboarding with applicable KYC norms & other regulatory requirements.
- Manage Private Wealth, PMS and AIF fund related queries
What are we looking for?
- Candidates having an experience of at least 3 - 5 years in either Institutional Sales or Retail Sales (IFA/ND Channel), Wealth Management, AIF / PMS sales
- Proven track record in B2B Sales, especially in the financial services sector
- Strong understanding of PMS & AIF Business and processes
- Ability to devise innovative channel partner business campaigns
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills
- Willing to work in an Individual contributor role
- Strong network of active IFA's pan India
Academic Qualification:
- MBA with specialisation in Finance from a reputed college/university
- Bachelor’s in commerce (preferred)
- Active NISM V A certification (preferred)
