Job Description:

Experience Desired: 4+ Years.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Hands on experience and knowledge of WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 standards.
• Experience and knowledge of aria and W3C standards-compliant HTML and CSS.
• Experience on testing with different browser and screen reader combinations(ex: Edge+Narrator, Firefox+NVDA, Chrome+JAWS).
• Experience on using Accessibility tools like AXE, AI.
• Must be able to write test cases and prepare defect report against WCAG ADRs
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be willing to work from office
• Certifications: EN508 certified or equivalent.
• Design and execute test planning, test matrix ,scenarios, and cases based on user requirements and specifications in Azure Devops.
• Oversee the Test quality assurance process of software development projects
• Coordinate and communicate with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and effective testing and bug resolution
• Manage and mentor a team of testers and provide feedback and guidance on their performance
• Use various tools and techniques to automate, monitor, and report on testing activities and results
