✔️ What you’ll be doing:

Create test cases and execute them for an application

Be able to understand the existing tests and learn to execute them in app on a regular basis for any Pre-UAT checks.

Manual testing - Involvement in all stages of testing process development:

Preparation of Test Plan document

Test Cases Preparation

Test Data

Test Execution

Defects Management

Preparation of Test Reports

Monitoring, debugging and documenting test results

Ready to create the necessary documents like Test Plan and Test Reports needed for sign-off with Business and for the release to Prod.

Automated test cases implementation in coordination with developers, product owners and business experts

✔️ To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

Good knowledge of Oracle SQL.

Capabilities in executing testing in a Windows based Java application with multiple interfaces

have ability to drive QA activities across the delivery team

have good communication skills to clarify requirements with business with good English

Analysis of User Stories of each Sprint & creating test scenario and preparing test data & test cases

Preparing test plan, test cases and get it signed-off from stakeholders.

Collaborating with scrum master, developers, and product owner for analysing requirements, scope of the project and risk involved.

Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.

Handling Daily scrum call with stakeholders.

Work in JIRA and QTest tool to raise defects/bugs and perform defect triage with stakeholder.

Co-ordinating all integration testing activities, go-live and post go-live actions.

✔️ Your experience and background:

Knowledge of performance testing tools

Good English both in writing and speaking

Prior experience with manual testing

Knowledge of API testing practices

Experience with continuous integration tools like Bamboo or Jenkins

Experienced in implementing BDD approach using 'Given-When-Then' and familiar with tools like Cucumber/Gherkin

Willing to drive releases for the project

General testing knowledge to the level of ISTQB Foundation Level (ISTQB certified)

Ability to drive QA activities across the delivery team

✔️ Nice to have:

Knowledge of Cucumber-Gherkin-Junit tests creation or execution

Knowledge of tools like JIRA, qTest, bamboo, bitbucket

Basic knowledge of Scrum
