  • Document hidden factory capture for existing product lines
  • Perform time studies for production lines
  • Evaluate site for establishing new production lines
  • Develop production line layout
  • Review, create, and update quality improvement plans for related manufacturing processes
  • Drive improvements in all related manufacturing processes, including those related to products, equipment, and product quality for customers
  • Update inspection-related instructions to adhere to current processes

     

Required Skills

Required Skills (Technical Competency): 

 

  • Bachelors degree in engineering
  • 2-5 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Exhibits successful ability with indirect leadership of diverse teams deploying complex processes
  • Displays strong analytical skills including data query writing and development
  • Must be a , due to contractual requirements

  • Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience a plus
  • Previous experience with electro-mechanical products preferred
  • Previous experience with creating test procedures preferred
  • Experience with LabVIEW software valued
  • Six Sigma certification and /or Lean Expert certification valued
  • Previous experience with setting up new product lines in a manufacturing environment valued
  • Proficient with GD&T concepts
  • Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results
  • Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders
  • Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred
