Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Kinston, NC(Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• Creation of MBOM and Routings in SAP

• Creation of Tool orders, Projects, ZSP’s , Material Masters, Right Hemisphere, ECM’s to support the planning activities

• DQN creation and release activity

• SCAT events support

• Engineering BOM – Manufacturing BOM review and fix issues

• GIWS Work statements, networks creation

• Engineering Drawing review for release

• Addressing shop floor concerns in the build process - Producibility

• PPAR review and request closures

• Study of Obsolescence parts and give primary disposition whether that can be used/rework/scrap.

• Manufacturing Straw horse creation and upkeep – end to end support

• Manufacturing build plan for development programs

• Fastener Study to help enable shortage for supply chain and Drill Qualification

• Production Systems Support - New program development and Serial production

• Configuration Control support – DMU review for Quality Inspection

Qualifications Basic

• At least 3- 10 years of experience in Aerospace Industry as a Manufacturing Engineer is a must.

• Comprehensive knowledge on Aero-structures

Preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards

• Experience in SAP

• Experience in CATIA V5 (2D and 3D)

• Blueprint reading ( 2D drawings)
