Manufacturing Engineer

Education & Experience Required:

• Relevant technical or business degree (mechanical/electrical engineering, supply chain,manufacturing engineering, business administration).

• Experience with electric vehicle procurement technologies and supply base.

• Experience working in a new product introduction environment and identifying/developing new suppliers.

Technical Skills Required:

• Electrification technology awareness.

• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.

• Procurement process and procurement management.

Technical Skills Desired:

• Supplier nomination review.

• Procurement management experience.

• Familiarity with legal agreement terms, including intellectual property (IP) and capacity agreements.

• Supply chain planning.

• Manufacturing process management/continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Soft Skills Required:

• Data analysis and decision-making.

• Effective communication of ideas and concepts to senior leadership.

• Conflict resolution within teams.

• Project management.
