Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

Provide day-to-day support for the MarginMan application, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system monitoring.
Manage and resolve incidents related to MarginMan, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
Assist end-users with application-related queries and provide training as needed to ensure effective use of the system.
Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system health checks, data validation, and log monitoring to ensure application stability.
Participate in the change management process, including testing and deployment of application updates, patches, and enhancements.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and work with development teams to implement long-term solutions.
Maintain and update support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and user manuals.
Work closely with other Dev teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to address application issues and improve overall system performance.
Ensure that all support activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.


Skills & Requirements

 

Minimum of 8 years of experience in development and application support, preferably in a financial services environment.
String hands on experience in MarginMan Trading application
Proficiency in Java , MSSQL and database management.
Familiarity with Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.
Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
In-depth knowledge of the MarginMan application.
Strong understanding of financial products, margin calculations, and risk management principles.
