You play a key role on the team, growing the business by being the customer expert, developing audience and optimization recommendations. You possess analytical thinking, and will develop deep expertise in Feedx’s products and proprietary metrics to build winning campaigns and optimizing performance to derive insights and meet our sales targets. You also thrive in ambiguous situations, with exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills, helping you work across India.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Zomato/Swiggy Account Managers to determine optimal support for the customer portfolio.
  • Analyze data and trends to create meaningful insights.
  • Implement solutions, track performance and optimize against sales targets.
  • Report on key performance indicators and value delivered for customers. Create proposals to represent solutions designed around sales targets.
  • Optimize campaign performance that fulfills sales targets.
  • In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns.
  • Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets
  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
  • Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns

 

Requirements

  • University degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, Advertising or Business.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
  • Experience managing campaigns across the funnel, with branding and performance KPIs.
  • Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel).
  • An exceptional eye for detail, ability to solve problems and given the fast-paced nature of our division, the aptitude to multi task.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for online advertising with a track record of delivering outstanding results.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising.
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in data analysis (either professional or through your education).
  • Google Ads Display certified.
