Marketing Technology Expertise:

Assist with the evaluation, implementation, and management of marketing technology systems and integrations. 
Optimize and audit existing systems to ensure maximum efficiency. 
Design tactical approaches for implementing new products and solutions. 
Assist with the management of relationships with technology vendors.

Marketing Campaign Management:

Own email template builds for both Ad Hoc, Automated, and API-triggered emails
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize email template code, i.e. HTML, CSS, Scripting
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure all campaign requirements are understood and implemented correctly

Analytics and Reporting:

Develop and maintain reports and alerts for Email engagement and Operational performance. 
Measure team-wide efficiency leveraging agile methodologies and principles. 
Provide valuable insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Process Optimization:

Review, update, and create processes to enhance efficiency. 
Understand objectives for each campaign and advise on the best way to build customer journeys, segmentation, and personalized content. 
Ensure campaigns adhere to standard processes and quality standards.

Qualifications:

3-5 years in a marketing operations role with a focus in B2C marketing
Strong Proficiency with B2C marketing technology platforms, ex. ESP’s, CDP’s, Deliverability Tools, Email Render Testing Tools, etc. Bonus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Simon Data, Validity, Litmus. 
Strong Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Scripting. Bonus: SQL

Experience using project management software. Bonus: JIRA, Asana and Airtable.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, i.e. time management. 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. 
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing multiple priorities at the same time.

Targeted Base Salary Range: $100,800.00 to $154,000.00

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
