Technical/Functional Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEM , Adobe Assets, Adobe WorkFront and Adobe Audience Manager
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience with marketing software, tools, and strategies.

Adobe certifications

Basic knowledge on customer journeys and journey mapping

Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

Minimum 3-5 Years In Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions

Knowledge of best practices adopted in Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and maintain expertise in technologies and strategies related to marketing and advertising software, tools, and systems.
  • Gain an in-depth knowledge of the client's digital marketing strategy, business model, and data
  • Deliver strategic communication programs to orchestrate an omni-channel customer experience
  • Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and present solutions with supportive documentation
  • Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking for the greater project to align with the clients' environment and industry best practices
  • Advise and develop roadmaps and play a key leadership role in strategic decisions
  • Provide technical support and consulting services to clients on the use of marketing software, tools, and strategies.
  • Analyze client data and develop marketing strategies to optimize their campaigns.
  • Monitor campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation on marketing processes and technologies.
  • Utilize analytic tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Develop and deliver training on marketing software and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing efforts.
