Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with marketing software, tools, and strategies.
Adobe certifications
Basic knowledge on customer journeys and journey mapping
Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Minimum 3-5 Years In Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions
Knowledge of best practices adopted in Industry
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in technologies and strategies related to marketing and advertising software, tools, and systems.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the client's digital marketing strategy, business model, and data
- Deliver strategic communication programs to orchestrate an omni-channel customer experience
- Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and present solutions with supportive documentation
- Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking for the greater project to align with the clients' environment and industry best practices
- Advise and develop roadmaps and play a key leadership role in strategic decisions
- Provide technical support and consulting services to clients on the use of marketing software, tools, and strategies.
- Analyze client data and develop marketing strategies to optimize their campaigns.
