Plan and implement operations for developing material and fabrication procedures that meet cost, product specification, and performance standards

Skills

Basic knowledge of metals, plastics, elastomers, polymer composites, and ceramic materials

Knowledge of material degradation mechanisms such as creep, corrosion, and others

Experience conducting failure analysis
